Justin Sadleir

Justin initially trained in a respected city centre Dublin firm. He then worked at a general practice firm in Gort, County Galway as a principal, partner and in his final year as employed solicitor up until December 2020 before joining Shields Sadleir LLP in 2021.

Justin has very significant experience in property law including Land Registry first registration applications and across a wide range of different types of property. He has advised on many areas of property law including in CPO transactions, group water schemes, commonage owners, clubs including golf and GAA, charities and in general residential and commercial property transactions.

He has appeared with and without counsel in many of the courts and tribunals and similar forums in Ireland across a wide range of matters including judicial review, personal injury, coroners court, criminal, licensing, and bankruptcy matters.
